The door leaf is made of 500, 555 and 610 mm high steel panels depending on the height of the door. The door curtain is made of 40 mm thick panels filled with Freon-free polyurethane foam. The panels are coated with varnish or covered with PVC film. Each panel is finished with metal fittings or aluminium profiles. The bottom panel features weatherstrip seal, while the top panel seal could be lintel-mounted or top-panel-mounted. At panel joints, a seal and a finger protection system are used to protect against finger trapping. All components of our doors are carefully selected and tested, which guarantees uninterrupted operation, and thus protection is various emergency conditions. Nitus sectional garage doors meet the requirements of PN-EN 13241-1 European standard concerning the safety in use.
Our offer includes three types of tracks that allow to perfectly match the door to your garage specification. Opening of the garage door is assisted by torsion springs with standard lifespan of 20 thousand cycles.

The garage door panels are made of steel sheet and filled with durable thermal insulation. In addition, the door has a circumferential sealing system that protects the garage interior against uncontrolled heat loss, moisture and wind.

During opening, the door panels move along specially profiled guides upwards until all panels are under the ceiling. As a result, no additional space is required inside the garage and in front of it. This is important in case of short driveways or garages located close to the street.

In our sectional doors, we have introduced a number of special solutions to ensure their safe operation. One of them is the finger protection system at the panel joints. Special shape of the panels provides protection against finger trapping during opening and closing the garage door.
The standard equipment of manual and automatic sectional garage doors includes a slide bolt mounted and operated from the inside. Used primarily in garage doors without a lock, it effectively protects against lifting the bolted garage door from the outside.
The lock with a handle is recommended for garage doors installed in garages without an additional entrance. This type of lock is used in Nitus automatic sectional garage doors when opening or closing the door, e.g. by using a remote control, is not possible.
Our offer includes top-quality drive units for sectional garage doors. We use the automatic control units of recognised brands such as Somfy, Sommer, Came, which ensures the operation is comfortable and faultless for many years.
When the panels encounter an obstacle, the door leaf automatically stops and withdraws to an open position.
In case of mains power failure, further door operation is possible due to the battery backup that provides an alternative power supply.
Photocells stop closing of the garage door and withdraw it to the open position as soon as an obstacle in the opening is detected.

The smart control system ensures even greater comfort of use. With the system, the garage door can be operated from anywhere in the world.
A sectional garage door with wicket door is a very functional and practical solution. The garage fulfils its main function, providing shelter for your car, and also serves as a utility room or home workshop. Wicket door in a sectional garage door ensures greater comfort and saves time. When entering the garage through the service door, the heat loss is much smaller. Our automatic sectional garage doors feature a wicket door opening sensor as standard. It ensures that automatic opening of the garage door is only possible when the wicket door is closed. Aluminium glazed profiles can be an interesting addition to this type of door. For greater comfort, our offer also includes service doors with a low-profile 25 mm aluminium door threshold.
